Rafael de Madalengoitia is a Business Development Professional with over 20 years of experience. He enjoys developing and executing strategies that help companies quickly adapt to changes in the environment, enabling them to gain and retain industry leadership.

Rafael holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Miami with a concentration in Finance, has a strong background in Management and Marketing, attended the Level Three Leadership program from the prestigious Darden’s School of Business, and successfully completed Six Sigma Green Belt training at Lockheed Martin Corporation – global leader in aerospace and defense.

For a decade, Rafael managed business development and process improvement efforts at Elbit Systems – world leader in the design and production of aircraft components. For five years, he was also an integral part of the Business Solutions Division of North America’s leading office supply company, Office Depot.

Having a strong entrepreneurial spirit, Rafael has participated in ventures related to international trade, ground transportation, and construction aggregate manufacturing, among other commercial activities.

Rafael now lives in Boca Raton, Florida with his daughter and enjoys his free time scuba diving, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling the world.
