CREATE AN AGILE MINDSET

Agile Mindset Peer Program

Leadership Development with Measurable Results and Sustainable Change – Guaranteed!

Is your organization in the process of implementing Agile?

or

Have you implemented Agile but not seen the results you were expecting?

If you answered yes to either of these questions, it is vital that you undertake steps to create an ‘agile mindset’ across your organization.

The ‘Agile management revolution’ is alive and well, and there are any number of programs, consultants, and courses that teach Agile – but one element lacking is the creation within the organization of an Agile-Mindset.

It’s one thing to teach a skill – it’s something completely different to create an environment where the culture of the organization embraces that skill as a foundational element of daily activity.

This innovative ‘Peer’ program bridges that gap.

Program Duration:

Three-month or six-month

Delivered entirely online

Approximately 2-3 hours per week

Number of Participants:

Minimum of 12 – Maximum of 20

(must be an even number due to the ‘peer’ nature of the program)

Ideal Participant:

Frontline Manager through to

Senior Manager level

Positive ROI

The workplace improvement projects undertaken by the participants during the programs focus on areas where they feel they can make positive changes to improve the workplace.  These changes encompass a wide variety of improvements from process to people – and in almost every case, the overall savings and/or efficiencies identified by the participants result in a net gain to the organization that is more than the original cost of the program.

The specific focus of this Peer Program is Creating an Agile Mindset – and each of the subjects is tailored to that specific focus.

Every participant also undertakes a Workplace Improvement Project that provides a focused, practical and strategic foundation to enable them to develop, research and test the feasibility of a project that is targeted specifically at workplace improvement – and to provide measurable recommendations.

With companies who choose to roll out multiple Peer Programs throughout their organization, we offer Four Part Harmony©, as an additional support to further enhance company-wide success.

The Four Part Harmony sessions are available as either:

  • 4 x one hour facilitator lead online sessions or
  • 4 x 15 minute video sessions plus one facilitated session

Agile Mentoring Statistics, Research, Case Studies

The benefits of mentoring are extensive, for the person being mentored, the person doing the mentoring, and the organizations in which they work. Countless studies have been conducted on the impact of mentoring in the workplace, and a range of their findings is available here:  http://peer-mentoring.com/research-studies-and-statistics/
