If you are like most organizations, you are ‘good’ at what you do.  You have some areas of excellence, and other areas that are in need of additional support.

Unfortunately, in our world of ‘armchair critics’, it only takes a few less-than-desirable interactions with clients or employees that, if not handled effectively, lead to negative reviews online – and that in turn affects sales, morale, can impact the integrity of the organization as a whole.

Every ‘good’ organization needs to discover exactly where they are areas for improvement, where they are areas of excellence from which to learn, and innovative areas for growth that combined take them from ‘good’ to ‘great’.

This program specifically addresses that gap.  It also assists in better managing performance in a way that addresses in real time actions and behaviors that are ‘good’ (or less-than-good as the case may be) – so they can be transformed into those that make the organization ‘great’.  

In addition, the Program assists with structures and opportunities to more effectively support those whose performance is in line with or even exceeds the organization’s vision and goals – those who are already performing at the level of ‘greatness’.

Unless you are consistently number one in your market, unless you are consistenly getting four and five star customer and employee reviews in each and every one of your business units, it is essential for your organization to focus on moving from ‘good’ to ‘great’.  The alternative is that your competitors become so much stronger… and we all know where that leads.

Program Duration:

Three-month or six-month

Delivered entirely online

Approximately 2-3 hours per week

Number of Participants:

Minimum of 12 – Maximum of 20

(must be an even number due to the ‘peer’ nature of the program)

Ideal Participant:

Frontline Manager through to

Senior Manager level

The specific focus of this Peer Program is ‘Good-to-Great’ – and each of the subjects is tailored to that specific focus. 

Every participant also undertakes a Workplace Improvement Project that provides a focused, practical and strategic foundation to enable them to develop, research and test the feasibility of a project that is targeted specifically at workplace improvement – and to provide measurable recommendations.

With companies who choose to roll out multiple Peer Programs throughout their organization, we offer Four Part Harmony©, as an additional support to further enhance company-wide success.

The Four Part Harmony sessions are available as either:

  • 4 x one hour facilitator lead online sessions or
  • 4 x 15 minute video sessions plus one facilitated session
