Performance Management Peer Program
Many organizations have an excellent yearly, or even quarterly performance management system in place, often linked to income and bonuses, that provides the opportunity to give employees feedback on their work, and overall progress.
While this is obviously valuable, where many organizations fall short is in not effectively addressing the gap between the official performance management meetings and daily activity.
This program specifically addresses that gap. It also assists in better managing performance in a way that addresses in real time actions and behaviors that are ‘challenging’ – so minor difficulties do not become major issues. If there are already performance issues, this program provides the structure and cultural transformational basis to effectively address and correct such issues.
In addition, the Program assists with structures and opportunities to more effectively support those whose performance is in line with or even exceeds the organization’s vision and goals.
To fully harness the potential of your people, it is vital to create an environment where the culture of the organization has been transformed to embrace real-time feedback as a foundational element of daily activity.

Minimum of 12 – Maximum of 20 (must be an even number due to the ‘peer’ nature of the program)
Frontline Manager through to Senior Manager level
The specific focus of this Peer Program is Performance Management – and each of the subjects is tailored to that specific focus.
With companies who choose to roll out multiple Peer Programs throughout their organization, we offer Four Part Harmony©, as an additional support to further enhance company-wide success.
The Four Part Harmony sessions are available as either:
- 4 x one hour facilitator lead online sessions or
- 4 x 15 minute video sessions plus one facilitated session
